Objectives

• To conduct human resources management training and skills development program.
• To provide innovative knowledge and training on public administration, local government, environment, science & technology, women and children, livestock and fisheries and ICT.
• To conduct research and develop program for supporting different community and organization.
• To develop formal and non-formal education materials and support human resources management.
• To promote knowledge based management and professional skills and support the development of GO, NGO and communities.
• To provide consultation and program development support for various organization.
• To arrange training programs for government and non-government organization staffs, community leaders, and local people both inside and outside Thailand such as Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Nepal, Myanmar, Pakistan, Maldives, Sri Lanka, Cambodia, Laos, Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, Eastern Timor, Fiji, China, Central Asia, Mongolia, Japan, Korea, Australia, United Kingdom, United States of America, Europe, Canada and Africa.
• To promote health and human security including development of legal framework and supporting the vulnerable groups with gender as cross cutting theme.
• To provide health information and develop awareness through different technology and media tools.
